DEE JOHN
Dee John is the founder and driving force behind Pulse Renewal Project. A former law enforcement officer with 15 years of experience, including extensive work in community engagement, crisis intervention, program development, and strategic partnerships, Dee brings both lived professional experience and organizational leadership to the work.
Dee leads the organization's vision, strategy, partnerships, and growth as Pulse Renewal expands ACTIVE Care and builds toward a connected ecosystem of care for those who serve.
ROD GOODALL
Rod Goodall serves as Chief Program Officer for Pulse Renewal Project, leading the development, integration, and delivery of the organization's programming and responder engagement strategy.
With experience spanning healthcare consulting, business development, community engagement, and first responder outreach, Rod helps translate Pulse Renewal's vision into trusted, accessible experiences and sustainable pathways of care.
TIM HAGLER
Tim Hagler serves as Director of Philanthropy for Pulse Renewal Project, leading fundraising, donor engagement, and the organization's philanthropic growth strategy.
Tim works with individuals, foundations, corporations, and community partners to build the support necessary to expand ACTIVE Care, strengthen programming, and advance the long-term vision for a new standard of care for first responders.

JIM CHAPMAN
Jim Chapman brings more than 30 years of manufacturing and operational leadership to Pulse Renewal. His experience in strategic planning, process improvement, leadership development, and sustainable growth provides strong organizational guidance as Pulse Renewal expands its reach and infrastructure.
ADRIAN JOHNSON
Adrian Johnson brings 17 years of experience in law enforcement, security operations, and community engagement. A former Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Officer, Adrian helps ensure the realities and voices of first responders remain central to Pulse Renewal's work.
ANDREA LECLAIR
Andrea LeClair brings extensive experience in emergency medicine, critical care, and crisis response. With more than a decade of experience as a paramedic and registered nurse, Andrea offers a valuable clinical and frontline perspective on the physical and emotional demands of service.
BRIG GEN (RET.) ALLAN R. CECIL
Brigadier General (Ret.) Allan R. Cecil brings decades of distinguished military leadership and service with the North Carolina National Guard. His experience in operational readiness, personnel services, health operations, and organizational leadership strengthens Pulse Renewal's focus on resilience, service, and sustainability.
